Real Snowflakes have six points or sides, as do many of the cut paper snowflakes shown here. You will also find images on this site of cut paper "snowflakes" with three, four and eight axes of symmetry. Technically, if it doesn't have six points or sides then it should be referred to as a "star" but I have lumped them all together here. Below you can view images of over 500 paper snowflakes. After making snowflakes for so many years, some of the new ones may be similar to earlier creations but likely not identical (just like real snowflakes). Pick any album below organized by the year for which the snowflakes patterns were created. Click on any thumbnail to bring up viewer.
